Rustic sundried tomato and walnut pesto
| 1 cup | walnuts-rough chopped |
| 1 cup | sun dried tomatoes-thin slice |
| 2 cloves | garlic - minced and mashed |
| 2 tsp | basil - sliced thinly |
| 1/2 cup | olive oil |
| to taste | salt and pepper |
Instructions:
Start with a hot pan. Add tbsp of olive oil. Add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes, let cool. Mix all ingredients together.
We serve this on fresh wild salmon, but it will work with any grilling fish as well as chicken and even shrimp.
