Jalapeño Cream Sauce

1 qt sour cream
6-9 jalapeño's - roasted
3 bunch cilantro
1/2 cup lime juice
pinch salt

Ingredients:

In blender put lime juice, cilantro and 2/3 of the jalapeño's. Blend until smooth. Add sour cream, blend and taste. Add salt and taste. Add remaining jalapeño's if necessary.
