Cilantro Oil

Ingredients:

1/2 cups oil 25/75 blend
1/4 red onion (diced)
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 bunch basil
1/2 bunch parsley
1 bunch thyme leaves
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp water
splash lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Puree all ingredients until well blended. This is the dressing we use on our Pear & Bleu Cheese salad.
