Cilantro Oil

Ingredients:

2 cups oil 25/75 blend
1 bunch cilantro
1 jalapeno (seeded)
1/2 tbsp kosher salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp crushed chili flakes
1 1/2 tbsp granulated garlic

Puree all ingredients until well blended. Without this oil, our fish tacos would just be grilled fish and a tortilla.
